BRAVER UNITES WITH ANDREWS COMPUTER SYSTEMS, INC.
Responds to increasing client demand for information technology outsourcing services

Newton, MA – August 28, 2006 – Braver PC today announced the investment of a majority interest in Andrews Computer Systems, Inc., based in Mansfield, Mass. Andrews presently services more than 250 clients in a broad range of applications and business sectors in multi-office settings.  The acquisition gives Braver’s clients access to a well-known, full service computer technology company. The 10-member Andrews team will be joining Braver's current technology group and will be marketed as Braver Technology Solutions, LLC.

Andrews Computer Systems was founded in 1989 and has grown to serve more than 250 clients stretching from southern New Hampshire, eastern Massachusetts and southwestern Rhode Island. Andrews assists companies with technological needs, such as auditing a company’s current network of computers and services, recommending additional equipment or upgrades, providing a help desk, disaster recovery and system maintenance. They are also experts in internet connectivity, LANs and WANs.
