Alan has 30 years of experience in public accounting serving a diverse range of closely-held companies as well as wealthy families.
Alan is a principal of Braver and specializes in providing accounting and special situation tax services (federal, state and local taxpayer representation, foreign relocations, troubled business restructuring and interim CFO work) to high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses. He concentrates in the professional service, entertainment and media related industries.
Prior to joining Braver, Alan was a shareholder for 15 years of Muster & Berardi, P.C., a Wayland-based tax consulting and compliance boutique.
Alan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant College and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
