Lester has over 25 years experience in the public accounting sector installing accounting systems and local area networks for small to medium sized client companies in a broad variety of business sectors. As the Chief Technology Officer, Lester is responsible for the company's overall technology direction as well as for providing technical development training and implementation including software development, and quality assurance. Lester is an expert in the development and integration of end-user, database, analytical, and embedded systems applications.
He offers counsel in the selection, implementation, upgrade and operation of computer hardware and software. Lester also assists in the installation and implementation of computer information systems by giving technical assistance and training to facilitate an efficient and cost-effective conversion. He is frequently called upon to be involved with clients’ in-house processing of accounting information, as well as remote hardware and software support.
His areas of experience also include telephone, voice and data integration, document scanning services, document management applications and the integration of “back office” operations with information systems.
Lester holds degrees in accounting and computer science from Bentley College and is a Certified Novell Engineer and a Certified Microsoft Professional.
