Ed is a shareholder of Braver PC and has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.

Ed has been in professional practice since 1983, providing income and estate tax planning, tax preparation, financial statement reporting and business valuation services to businesses and individuals throughout New England and New York. He has made presentations to various groups on taxation and business valuation and has appeared in court as an expert witness.

Ed has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Boston College and a Master's Degree in the Science of Accounting from Northeastern University. As a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, he serves as chairman of the Program Committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which has designated Ed as Accredited in Business Valuations, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Business Appraisers.
