Joe has 45 years of diversified experience in public accounting serving closely-held businesses in
the areas of auditing, accounting, taxation and management services. He specializes in the area of
residential real estate management and acquisition providing expertise in accounting, auditing,
systems design, systems management, taxes and support for private and HUD regulated entities,
as well as not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
Prior to joining Braver, Joe was a partner in Frank & Gilman, a Dedham-based accounting firm for
ten years.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of
Vermont. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants
(MSCPA).
