Fees
Quarterly Fees
Investment management fees are charged at the end of each calendar quarter and are based on
assets under management at the close of the quarter. Our fee schedule is as follows:

Minimum Investment
Our minimum initial investment is $500,000. You may invest this amount in one or more of
Braver’s investment programs. To meet the minimum and for fee breakpoints, accounts will be
aggregated based on the SEC definition of a client.
Implementation Fees
When you open a new account at Braver you will be charged $250 for the first account and $100
for each subsequent account.
Performance Fees
- Diversified Program: SEC qualified clients may elect to include account assets in the total asset
schedule above or they may elect a combined fixed and performance fee schedule as follows:
- Fixed fee: 0.50% per year
- Performance fee: 50% of the return above 16%
- Sector Rotation Program: Assets in this program will not be included in the breakpoint schedule
above. Fee schedule: 1.0% per year or 20% of the return, whichever is greater. If the return for
any billing year is negative, performance fees will not be charged until the loss has been fully
recovered, returning the value of the account to the previous “high water mark”.
