Time Off
- Vacation: Employees with one to five years tenure earn three weeks annually. Employees with tenure of six or more years earn four weeks annually.
- Holidays: Braver provides ten holidays annually
- Sick Days: Employees earn up to five sick days per calendar year
Professional Development
- Tuition Reimbursement: All professional staff members are offered a tuition reimbursement program for advanced and certificate programs up to $7,500 per calendar year.
- CPA Exam: Fees related to preparing for and taking the CPA Exam are paid for by the firm including Becker CPA Review preparation materials/class and registration fees.
Investment Services
- Investment Services: Employees are provided investment services offered by Braver Wealth Management, at a 50% fee discount provided the minimum investment amounts are satisfied.
- 401 (k): Eligible employees may participate in the Braver PC, 401(k) plan. The firm matches a portion of the employee’s contribution at its discretion.
Bonuses
- New Business Referral: We will pay employees a portion of collected revenues for all new business referred into the firm.
- New Staff Referral bonus: The firm rewards staff for referrals of experienced professional staff with a referral bonus

- Health Insurance: HMO, POS, and PPO health insurance choices are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA.
- Flexible Spending Plan: A Flexible Spending plan is available.
